DELIVERY
Usually, the order with in stock merchandise will be shipped within 3 business days.For the out of stock merchandise, you can check with our customer service first, they will give you a update delivery date.
SHIPPING
1.We offer express and standard shipping methods, transit time varies depending on the shipping method chosen.
2.Express shipping normally takes 2 to 5 business days, include DHL,FEDEX，UPS,TNT, we will choose the most suitable one for you.
3.Standard shipping normally takes 5 to 8 business days.
4.Shipping cost will be calculated according to your order's weight, the destination of the package and the shipping method you chose, actual shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

TAX & CUSTOMS DUTY
Sales tax is not applicable to domestic wholesale orders.
Customs duty is applicable to overseas orders, and it is paid by customers. Since the Customs duty must be cleared prior to delivery, so please check the rate from your country’s Customs office in advance.
RETURN & DISCREPANCY CLAIM
1. All sales are final. Neither refund nor exchange permitted.We don't accept any "no reason" refund&return.If there is no quality problems and inconsistent in style,size,color etc, neither refund nor exchange permitted.
2. Besides products on the website, we are always ready for processing according to your samples.
In general, When the sample is confirmed and go to mass production, if there is no quality problem, neither refund nor exchange permitted.
3. The following conditions may apply for return or exchange,freight will be on our account.
There are some quality problems such as "goods damage", "goods stain".
The goods you receive is not in conformity with what you order in style,size,color,quantity etc.
All orders are always checked by the personnel to ensure the corrected style, item number and quantities in size and color to be shipped.
When you receive your purchase order, you should open the package(s) to inspect your orders carefully.
Any discrepancies should be reported within 7days of receiving shipment.
All returns must be returned to us within 15 working days from the time of receipt.After we receive the returns, we will go to the refund process.
After 7 days of receiving shipment, we have the right to refuse to accept the application for a return&exchange.
4. If the buyer cancel the order which is under executing unilaterally, buyer should bear all the losses and pay 50% of the order's total amount as compensation.
5. If the buyer refuse or delay to pay the order frequently,we have right to stop parts or all of the order. The notice shall take effect as the time it is issued.
6.The above terms are also applicable to existing customers.
7. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
